Justin Cottrell, IRIS FMP’s inspirational chief executive, has yet again been included in the prestigious index of leading professionals, Reward 300. The Reward 300 index covers the payroll, HR, employee benefits and workplace pensions and associated services sectors.

The Rewards 300 index was revealed in London in June and celebrates the leading lights in the sectors. Cottrell’s inclusion in the 2018 index comes hot on his success at the end of 2017, when he was voted Best Leader at a glittering industry event in London

Reward 300 index

The 2018 index features the most influential leaders in:

  • Reward
  • Employee Benefits
  • Payroll
  • Workplace Pensions
  • International Payroll
  • Employment Law
  • HR
  • Careers

Justin Cottrell has spent most of his career in UK and International Payroll, culminating in 2016 with the £30m private equity backed MBO of his international payroll company IRIS FMP with UK payroll outsourcing company Bond Payroll Services, and HR & payroll software company Bond HR & Payroll Software.

Cottrell, already a member of the Reward 100 index in 2017, joins an expanded index that suits IRIS FMP’s wider remit in 2018.

The merger of the three companies has created a new disruptor within the rewards market. The service and products offered by the group has expanded to match the expanded Reward 300 index.

Continued expansion of services

Apart from being a multi award winning UK and global payroll provider, UK Outsourced payroll and HR software provider, the IRIS FMP group recently acquired respected international HR consultancy MCN Global HR.  MCN Global HR specialises internationally in the full gamut of HR services. The addition complements the IRIS FMP group, enabling a much more comprehensive portfolio of services. MCN Global HR helps organizations harmonize and drive their people priorities during transactions. The company specializes in mergers and acquisitions, carve outs, divestitures, spin offs and IPO’s, as well as international people placements.

The Reward 300 index was created by industry leading magazine The Rewards, formerly Payroll World magazine. We love payroll and it’s good to see so many good people on the Reward 300 list.
