Global Payroll Awards superstar shortlisted for top slot

20th April 2018

The Global Payroll Awards has shortlisted International payroll and HR specialist IRIS FMP  for the 2018 GPA Global Payroll Supplier of the Year.

The international Global Payroll Awards  event, this year held in Lisbon, celebrates technical excellence and professional development amongst companies and their payroll teams operating internationally.

In 2016 IRIS FMP won the Judges award for Outstanding Achievement at this ceremony. Since then IRIS FMP has been on an extraordinarily successful journey, going through a private equity backed MBO in late 2016 that brought the international business together with a UK payroll outsourcing business and an HR & payroll software business. In 2017 the group acquired global HR consultancy MCN Global HR, and launched its ground-breaking All Inclusive multi-country HR service, backed by a GDPR secure cloud portal. One fee – Unlimited HR.

In the UK the business launched a micro-business HR cloud software solution Amity Essentials – HR software that grows as your business grows.

And IRIS FMP’s GDPR toolkit for HR professionals placing staff internationally has been warmly received as a lifesaver for international companies struggling to get to grips with the impending start of the legislation in May 2018.

Payroll Supplier of Choice

For the Global Payroll Awards Global Supplier of the Year Judges have looked for evidence of success of an organisation that provides payroll systems and software products to support companies with an international payroll.

  • Customer / client satisfaction including testimonials
  • Demonstrable understanding of the challenges posed by an international payroll
  • Cost savings / business benefits to clients
  • Innovative client solutions

The nomination cements IRIS FMP’s position as the supplier of choice both in the UK and internationally.

Justin Cottrell, IRIS FMP CEO, commented: “Our success is built on having great people and outstanding service, backed by innovation and a continued desire to ‘think outside of the box’ to make international payroll easy for our clients. I’m delighted for the team, who work tirelessly to ensure company employees around the world can easily be paid and managed.”

The Global Payroll Association is the first international payroll association of its kind, with US, UK and European offices. The Global Payroll awards night takes place on 7th June 2018 in Lisbon, Portugal.
