Job title: Senior International Compensation & Benefits ConsultantChris is one of our senior consultants who works with household name brands internationally to design implement and help administer compliant and competitive benefit programs for staff, wherever they are based.
Through a variety of roles Chris has gained great depth and knowledge across all areas of employee benefits, both nationally and internationally. To arrive at effective solutions, he works collaboratively with his colleagues to balance the conflicting pressures of a client’s Finance and HR functions and their employees.
Chris’ clients range from UK-based organisations to clients across EMEA, APAC and North America.
Chris believes that in order to maximise the impact of a benefit program they must not only be competitive but well understood by staff. His passion is therefore to make sure he not only delivers great benefits but that they are well communicated to employees and that they are supported to best utilise them.
