Why did you choose IRIS FMP to manage your international payroll?

Initially, we needed a payroll provider who was happy to provide services for just one country, as our existing payroll provider had badly let us down. It was an urgent requirement, but IRIS FMP immediately made us feel like nothing was too much trouble and supported us through the implementation seamlessly. Since then, we have grown our relationship with IRIS to cover a total of 6 countries.

What features do you like about our service?

The service provided is efficient and trouble-free, and the team at IRIS are always very quick in replying and resolving queries. Since they have implemented a central inbox in which to send your queries or submit the payrolls, I have found this to be even better. If your pain point of contact is on leave, then someone else automatically picks it up and manages it. There is never any delay.

We also subscribe to the HR services for each country we use IRIS for and I find this very useful for small employment law questions that we would not want to engage a lawyer on.

What efficiencies has our service helped your business gain?

To know that we are compliant with local legislation is very important. We are very reliant on IRIS and their in-country partners to advise and steer, as it is a typical ‘we don’t know what we don’t know’ scenario. No business can be expected to know all the payroll legislation in other countries and so this part is key. It has helped our business be confident we are employing and paying employees correctly, and this in turn gives us confidence when speaking to prospective clients, that we can and do employ people in many countries.
