    In Canada, taxation of employees is totally different. Taxes are a lot higher, and there has been a lot of confusion as to how to navigate correctly, and how withholdings work. But IRIS is walking us through every step, including being our liaison with the Canadian government when we were three months behind on our projections of getting our payroll set up.
