Because of Teamspirit’s integrated modular design you can safely start by implementing the Payroll software and System Manager modules, adding the Personnel software six months later. Web-based access for Manager and/or Employee Self Service can additionally be included at a later date.

 

In-Company HR Software Installation

Teamspirit HR Software is ideally suited for installation on your local area network (LAN), or wide area network (WAN). This gives all your HR users access to the system from their desktop PC’s. Using its comprehensive security features you can give more casual users restricted access to the system. For example, a departmental manager can be given access to just the personnel records for employees under his or her control. The number of users with access to Teamspirit can be expanded as your needs grow, and you can purchase these one at a time.

In an environment with remote users at many different locations you should find that our Teamspirit Web-based HR system answers your needs. With its Thin Client web browser interface, it is ideal for users who do not have full network access, as they can access our HR database via an Intranet, or the Internet.

 

Outsourced Implementation

Sometimes an in-company HR software solution is not suitable for everyone’s requirements. Factors such as internal resource limitations or specific outsourcing policies within an organisation dictate that a full or partly outsourced solution is preferable. Your training plan contains details of all the standard training courses that are required for the Human Resources software modules of Teamspirit that you are planning to use including Payroll, Time and Attendance, P11D, Recruitment and HR. Because training is normally carried out on your premises this is based around your own data wherever possible.

Your trainer will usually be with you for your first parallel payroll run so that any concerns can be resolved as quickly as possible.

 

Seminars and Training Courses

As a Teamspirit user you will receive regular invitations to HR software training sessions held at a number of UK locations. These courses supplement your initial in-company training by providing refresher courses on selected Teamspirit software topics. Recent examples have covered subjects such as Teamspirit Reporting and Basic Personnel.

Once a year we offer our popular Year End course enabling you to have access to our government legislation expert to guide you through the year-end process and emphasise any new statutory requirements. The course is usually organised at 8 different UK locations to make them as accessible to all Teamspirit users as possible.
